This is Jumping Timmy - a great model that uses cams to make the sheep jump up and down.

Made with larger, chunkier pieces, these models require no glue to put them together. Just located the pieces and slot them in, which means that they can be unbuilt and built again to really cement the principles. Once created, children will be able to see their model move, using all the engineering principles that the more complex models use, including cams, linkages and cogs.
