Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping is free over £20 and we also offer next day delivery.
How much is shipping?
Standard delivery (2-3 working days) is £2.95, but this is Free on orders over £20.
We also offer a first class (1-2 working days) option for £3.95, with a signed for option at £5.95.
Next working day delivery is £6.95 for orders received before midday (excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands). Please note that if you are ordering over the weekend, orders will be processed on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.
How long will it take?

1st Class Shipping: 1-2 working days
Next Day Delivery: next working day (Mon - Fri) order by midday. Please note that orders place over the weekend will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Who do you deliver with?
We use Royal Mail second class for most small packages and a delivery
company based in Brighton for larger or bulky deliveries.
What is the delivery cut off time?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.
For next day delivery you will need to order by midday for same day dispatch (excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands). Please note if you are ordering over the weekend, we will process your order on the Monday with delivery planned for the Tuesday.
Do you deliver abroad?
We are always happy to organise shipping abroad. However, as we are sure you know, the prices are dependent on the country and the size and weight of the package.
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know where you are and what you want and we will organise it as fast as we can. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the free delivery service for parcels going abroad.
Can you make a delivery to a child who lives somewhere else?
Of course, and we can even gift wrap the present and write a card on your behalf.
At the checkout you will be given options for the address you wish to have the package sent to.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If the product needs to be returned, we will send you a postage label to assist with this. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our head office address, Whirligig Toys Limited, 9 Gardner Street, Brighton, BN1 1UP, United Kingdom.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help as soon as possible. We will either be able to provide a replacement or refund as required.
